By subscribing to our software platform or provisioning automated calling systems, you agree to abide by the parameters of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

You can cancel your Setterz.ai monthly subscription plan at any time. To cancel, please log into your account dashboard, navigate to your billing settings, and follow the cancellation instructions.

Please note that cancellations must be processed self-service directly through your dashboard.
We do not accept cancellation requests via email, text message, or live support chat.
There are no cancellation fees or penalties for terminating your monthly plan.
Upon processing your cancellation, your access to the platform tools, legal CRM pipelines, and active AI calling operations will be terminated immediately.

Premium Custom Setups

All upfront, one-time fees associated with custom legal model configuration, voice clone training, custom script engineering, or platform implementation are completely non-refundable once billed. These onboarding fees directly compensate the technical resources and engineering hours allocated to your firm upon service initiation.

Refund Policy

Subscriptions & Partials

We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for cancellations completed mid-billing cycle.
Any unused platform credits or talk-time allocations remaining in your account at the time of cancellation will be immediately forfeited.

Free Trials

New law firm accounts are eligible for a free trial lasting 7 days or 30 minutes of AI talk-time, whichever milestone is reached first.
Your account will automatically transition into a paid monthly subscription at the conclusion of the evaluation period unless a formal cancellation is submitted through your dashboard prior to the trial's expiration.
If a refund request is submitted within 7 days immediately following your trial’s conclusion and automated billing event, Setterz.ai reserves the absolute right to issue a partial refund of up to 50% of the disputed charge, determined based on the total technical volume consumed and support hours deployed.

Smart Refills & Pay-As-You-Go Credits

Usage-based operations (such as AI call minutes utilized during legal intake interviews) are billed continuously based on real-time platform consumption.
"Smart Refills" are enabled on your account profile by default to ensure your firm never experiences dropped calls or missed prospective clients during high-volume periods. This automated system tops up your balance by billing your card on file for a pre-selected block of minutes whenever your balance falls below your set threshold.
You maintain absolute authority to enable or disable the Smart Refill system at any time inside your billing preferences panel. If disabled and your minute balance hits zero, AI agents will immediately pause all intake procedures until your account is manually replenished.
All talk-time minutes purchased—whether via manual intervention or automated Smart Refills—are strictly non-refundable and hold no cash value, even if they remain entirely unused. Exceptions are made solely if an acute system fault or verified server error is proven to have impacted your credits, as officially validated by the Setterz.ai technical team.

Data Retention After Cancellation

Firms are welcome to reactivate their accounts following a cancellation; however, Setterz.ai provides no guarantee of data preservation or retention once an account goes inactive. To protect the privacy and confidentiality of sensitive prospective client files, any recordings, intake transcripts, customized scripts, and lead lists associated with a canceled profile will be permanently and unrecoverably purged from our production environments. Reinstated firms will be treated as entirely new accounts and must undergo our standard initialization and technical onboarding procedures.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Firms are required to exhaust standard internal escalation channels with our support division before initiating any payment disputes or banking chargebacks. Filing a formal billing chargeback without prior documentation or communication with our billing department may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your firm's platform access. Setterz.ai reserves the right to pursue lawful measures to recover uncollected service costs and associated merchant dispute fees.

By accessing the platform or provisioning an intake campaign, your firm certifies that it has read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy, along with our core Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
